🌸 Day 1 (Tuesday)

13:00 – Meet at Central Lampang (near airport, bus station, or train station) and depart for Pangmao, Wang Ngoen Subdistrict, Mae Tha District, Lampang Province

14:00 – Check-in, settle in, and relax at your accommodation

15:30 – 16:30 – Introductory Lecture

  • Adjust your foundation and prepare body, mind, and energy

16:30 – 17:00 – Pranayama Energy Bath (7 Chakras)

17:30 – Dinner (Simple local meal, Meal 1)

19:00 – 20:00 – Grounding Practice

  • For stability, safety, and balance

20:00 – 21:00 – Basic Mindfulness Practice


🌸 Day 2 (Wednesday)

06:00 – 07:30 – Instructor-led standing exercises: "12 Tendon Stretch & Release Postures"

  • Pranayama for Air Element (Chakra 4 & 5)

08:00 – Breakfast (Fried rice, fried egg, tea, coffee, Ovaltine – Meal 2) and personal hygiene

10:00 – 10:30 – Pranayama for Fire Element (Chakra 3) to support metabolism
10:30 – 11:30 – Mindfulness Practice: Awareness of awareness & deep sensory perception

12:00 – Lunch (Meal 3) and free time

14:30 – 15:00 – Rooting Pranayama (Chakra 1)
15:00 – 15:30 – Insight Pranayama (Chakra 2 & 6)
15:30 – 16:30 – Seated Exercises: "12 Bone Marrow Detox Postures"

  • Close the session with Grounding

17:30 – Dinner (Simple local meal, Meal 4)

19:00 – 20:00 – Trance Meditation Practice
20:00 – 21:00 – Highest Self Connection Meditation

🌸 Day 3 (Thursday)

06:00 – 07:30 – Morning Exercise & Pranayama

  • 12 Bone Marrow Detox Postures (seated)

  • Pranayama for Air Element (Chakra 4 & 5)

08:00 – Breakfast (Rice porridge, omelette, tea, coffee, Ovaltine – Meal 5) and personal hygiene

10:00 – 10:30 – Light Energy Meditation
10:30 – 11:30 – Healing Meditation to clear negative energy
11:30 – 12:00 – Manifestation & Awareness Meditation

  • Close the session with Grounding

12:00 – Free lunch in the village, pack belongings, and check-out

Afternoon – Departure back to the city

  • Drop-off according to individual travel schedules or at Central Lampang
